Help in the app
Open EarnSure → More → Help & FAQ. The app includes help for how EarnSure calculates pay, paycheck differences, rounding, overtime and privacy.
Report a problem
Open EarnSure → More → Report a problem. Choose a category and describe what happened. Include diagnostics is optional; you can turn it off.
You review and can edit the email before sending it. Nothing is automatically sent to an EarnSure server.

- what you expected;
- what happened instead;
- your app version and iOS version, when relevant.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive employment or pay information.
