EarnSure for iPhone

Terms of Use

Effective date: October 15, 2026

These terms cover your use of the EarnSure app and the EarnSure Pro purchase. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

In short

  • EarnSure estimates your pay from what you enter. It isn’t payroll software, tax advice, legal advice, or a decision about what wages you’re owed.
  • Your records are yours, and you’re responsible for what you enter.
  • EarnSure Pro is a one-time purchase through the App Store. It isn’t a subscription and never renews.

1. Who provides EarnSure

EarnSure is provided by PlugInCode Szymon Smodlibowski (“we”, “us”). See our Legal Information for provider identification and contact details.

2. Using the app

You don’t need an account to use EarnSure. If you downloaded EarnSure from the App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. We do not provide a custom EULA. If these terms and that agreement conflict, that agreement prevails to the extent of the conflict.

3. What EarnSure is, and isn’t

EarnSure estimates earnings based on information you supply. It is not payroll software, tax advice, legal advice, or a determination of wages legally owed.

Every estimate uses the overtime, break, rounding and premium rules you set for each job. EarnSure doesn’t know your employer’s payroll rules or the law that applies to you, and its presets aren’t legal advice. If a paycheck looks different, the comparison shows which numbers differ so you can ask the right question. Your employer’s payroll team or a local labor office can tell you what’s correct.

4. Your records

5. EarnSure Pro

EarnSure is free to use. EarnSure Pro is an optional in-app purchase that unlocks:

Your full history, tips and bonuses, paycheck comparison, basic overtime and break rules, and iCloud sync are free.

6. iCloud and Apple services

iCloud sync, notifications and purchases use services provided by Apple, under Apple’s terms. We don’t control them, and they may sometimes be unavailable. You can record shifts and calculate estimates locally without iCloud sync. The full Delete all data workflow requires signed-in, reachable iCloud, even if sync is off. Deleting the app removes local app data from that device but does not itself remove an existing iCloud copy. See Deleting your data.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t use EarnSure to break the law, or to create records you know are false and present them as genuine. Don’t try to interfere with the app, or with its purchase or restore features.

8. Changes to the app

We may update EarnSure from time to time, for example to fix problems or to add, change or remove features. Updates are delivered through the App Store.

9. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent the law that applies to you allows, EarnSure is provided “as is”, without any promise that it’s error-free or that its estimates match what you’re paid. You decide what to do with its estimates. We aren’t responsible for decisions you make based on them, or for differences between EarnSure’s estimates and your actual pay.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be excluded by agreement.

10. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
